Applications

These double screened flexible control and connecting cables are used in instrumentation and control engineering; in industrial electronics, computers,security systems information and transmission systems office machines; data transmission cables for voice frequency transmission. These cables can be use at EIA RS-232/422 connections (especially 0,22 mm2 / 0,34 mm2) It provides low capacitance with PE insulation And also also consisting of tinned copper wires and aluminium tape as screen screen provides more protection against external pulses. These cables are not intended for outdoor or underground installation. (With PE outer sheath, these cables can be used at outdoor applications.

	Core identification		According to DIN 47100 or TS/DIN EN 50334 black cores with white numerals

	Lay-up		Pairs laid up in layers of optimum pitch

	Separator		Polyester tape

	Screen		With drain wire under the AL-PES tape

	Screen		Braid of tinned Cu wires, 65% coverage

	Outer sheath		PVC compound, YM1, VDE 0207-5

	Sheath colour		RAL 7032, Grey
